The upper tube rail automatically feed the soft tube into the upper tube working station.
The photoelectric target-aiming working station employs accurte detector and marching type motor, ensuring the tube design at the correct position.
When filling is finished, the end is blown away by the air blower.
No feeding is done when there is no tube available.
The sealing manipulator is flexible and multi functional. Through different adjustment, it can accomplish the operation of two edge folds, three edge folds, and sddle-shaped edge folds.
Character code printing working station automatically prints the character code at the place required by the process.
There are alarm devices for failure and no tubes. The machine stopes working when the door opens or overloading happens.
The machine stops working when counting the number or fixing the quantity.
