Pipeline high-cutting dispersal emulsification machine is a high-capability equipment producing and circularly treating refined material. There are 1-3 groups of occlusal multilayer stators and rotors in the limited cavity. The rotors circumrotate in a high speed by the motor driving and bring driving suction, which draws the material into the cavity. In the least time, the material is dispersed, cut and emulsified. The distributing scale of gains becomes narrower. The refined steady products are produced.The capability is large, so it is fit to continuously produce in the production line.The distributing scale of gains is narrow and it has high evenness, high efficiency, low-noise and saves time and energy resources and runs smoothly, so it can clear up the difference of the products of different batches. 100% material is dispersed and cut, which has the capability of short-haul and low- lift feeding. lt is used and repaired easily and can realize automatic control.

A: Our warranty is one year.After warranty we still offer you lifetime after-sales service, anytime you need we are there to help. If the problem is easily to solve, we will shoot a solution video for you. If video doesn't work out, we will send engineer to your factory.
Q: How can you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component/spare parts providers test their products before they offer com- ponents to us.Besides, our quality control team will test machines performance or running speed before shipment. We would like to invite you come to our factory to verify machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we wil take a video to record the testing procedure and send the video to you.
Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A: Our machines is very easy to operate.Besides,before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines'functions and to teach you how to use them.If needed engineers are available to come to your factory to help install machines, test machines and teach your staff to use the machines.
