Product Description
This machine is composed of one blade mixer for high viscosity and one micro homogenizer high speed mixer with high strength-cut-off. There are scrapers attached to scrap the inner wall of the container to make the new interface generation in the treated solution continuously. The mixing part of the nonogeneous mixer is composed if a unique turbine with a high rotaryspeed and a radial stator having the flow refrctive plates . The pressure at the button and upper part of the turbine has the runctions by the high speed rotations of the turbine has the functions like those of the rotationsof a pumpand is continuously sucked upward by the treated solutionThe sucked solution that is sucked on the stator is freely handle bythe strongcut-off. Lnpact and turbine current processed produced betweentheturbine under high-speed rotations and the stator and therefore is ploverized and dispersed and then is sprayed upward and out om thetopsprayoutlet As mentioned in the above, the homogenou mixer and blade mixer havetheir own respective mutually omplementaryfeatures, so their effect are dorbled to effectively the enulsification and mixing of the high viscous materials.
