Structure of Lubricating oil blending kettle
The oil mixing kettle is composed of mixing kettle body, mixing kettle cover, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft sealing device, etc., and can also be configured with heating device or cooling device according to process requirements.
The oil mixing kettle body, mixing kettle cover, agitator, shaft seal and other selected materials can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different process requirements.
The oil regulating kettle body and the mixing kettle cover can be flanged sealed or welded jointed. The mixing kettle body and the mixing kettle cover can open process pipe holes such as feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, and safe venting according to process requirements.
The upper part of the oil regulating kettle cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), and the agitator in the mixing kettle is driven by the transmission shaft.
The shaft seal device can be machine-sealed or packed.
Due to the different requirements of the user's production process, the agitator can be configured with pulp type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type and other forms. If you have other requirements, you can contact our company and make another production.

A: First, our component/spare parts providers test their products before they offer com- ponents to us.Besides, our quality control team will test machines performance or running speed before shipment. We would like to invite you come to our factory to verify machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we wil take a video to record the testing procedure and send the video to you.

Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A: Our machines is very easy to operate.Besides,before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines'functions and to teach you how to use them.If needed engineers are available to come to your factory to help install machines, test machines and teach your staff to use the machines.
